Attended the meeting of the Graduate Studies Committee.

Based on the provisions of the Executive Regulations for Graduate Studies issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and within the competencies granted to the Graduate Studies Committee;

On Tuesday, corresponding to 6/1/2026 AD, at exactly ten o'clock, the Graduate Studies Committee meeting was held at the Al-Asabia College of Arts, and the following agenda was discussed:

First: Setting the Final Exam Date:

The committee discussed the dates for the final exams of graduate programs. To ensure adherence to the approved academic plan, the committee decided to set the final exam date for Saturday, corresponding to 17/1/2026 AD, with students and relevant authorities to be officially notified.

Second: Formation of the Examination Committee:

In accordance with the regulations governing the conduct of examinations, the committee decided to form the final examinations committee. This committee is tasked with the full supervision of preparing, organizing, and monitoring the exams, recording the results, and submitting its final report to the Graduate Studies Committee for approval.

Third: Determining the Admission Date for New Students:

In light of the approved regulations for admitting graduate students, the committee decided to open applications and registration for new students as determined by the college's Studies Committee, and in accordance with the conditions and controls stipulated in the university's effective graduate studies regulations.

At the conclusion of the meeting, after completing the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at exactly one o'clock in the afternoon.
