Commemorating the Battle of Jandouba
Commemorating the 112th Anniversary of the Immortal Battle of #Jandouba, and in cooperation with the Libyan Organization for Peace, the College of Arts, Al-Asabia – University of Gharyan, held a distinguished scientific symposium at the late Mohamed Hasn Auditorium. Participants recounted the details of this historic #epic.
The symposium began with a speech by the Dean of the College, who welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of introducing generations to the struggles of their forefathers. This was followed by a speech by the Head of the History Department, who highlighted the #national Libyan spirit embodied by the ancestors in their unity and solidarity to repel the invading Italian forces in Libya.
A speech was delivered on behalf of the descendants of the #mujahideen by Mr. Omar Jufaila, and a speech on behalf of the Libyan Organization for Peace was given by Eng. Miftah Al-Labab.

The symposium concluded with an important #discussion session that enriched the event with numerous insightful questions.
