On Tuesday morning, July 2, 2024, the ninth meeting of the conference's scientific committee was held. The agenda included the following:

- Distribution of scientific committees for presentation sessions and their mechanisms.  

- Coordination for presenting research from outside Libya.  

- Ongoing coordination with preparatory, executive, and service committees.  

- Communication with university administrations for follow-up and coordination.  

- Emphasis on holding the conference as scheduled.  

- Extension of the deadline for final research submissions to July 8, 2024.
