The second meeting of the College of Arts, Al-Asabia Council at the University of Gharyan was held this morning, Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at exactly 10:30 AM in the meeting hall.

The Council discussed a number of items on the agenda, the most prominent of which were as follows:

Reviewing and approving the previous minutes of the College Council.

Presenting what has been accomplished in the course curricula for this semester.

Presenting what has been accomplished in the program accreditation files for the departments.

The following was decided:

Setting Saturday, January 3, 2026, as the start date for final exams.

Working to complete the quality assurance file and address all deficiencies.

Forming examination committees (Supervision, Review, and Discipline) for both (A and B) sectors.

At the conclusion of the meeting, newly arising matters were discussed, and a series of recommendations and decisions were made to support the development of academic and administrative performance within the college.
